1.2. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1. Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged during transit.

2.2. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

3. Process for Returns

3.2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refunds
